Please help NSPKU by filling in our survey about Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) for children with PKU.
You can complete the survey if you are a parent or caregiver of a child with PKU aged 14 to 16. The researchers would like to hear from all parents/carers whether your child has an autism diagnosis or not.
The questionnaire is in 2 parts:
- Part 1: demographic information. If your child does not have any behaviour issues, you will be able to leave the questionnaire after you have completed this part. This will take less than 5 minutes to complete.
- Part 2: Depending on if your child has a diagnosis of autism or behaviour issues you will be taken to the part of the questionnaire that is most relevant to you to complete. This part will take about 10 minutes to complete.
